Market Entry & Channel Architecture for Europe | E2 Global Strategies

MARKET ENTRY & CHANNEL ARCHITECTURE

I don't analyse markets.
I've built them.

I've built global product categories from zero — strategy, market research, pricing architecture, channel structure. I now do the same for manufacturers entering Europe: the hardest market to read, and the most expensive one to get wrong.

THE PATTERN

Great machines fail in Europe for boring reasons.

Europe is not one market. It is a fragmented landscape of distributors, service networks, certification regimes and buying committees that will not respond to the playbook that worked in your home    market. Most manufacturers learn this after two years and seven figures.

FAILURE 01

The wrong channel

A distributor is signed because he answered the email first — not because he can service the machine. Two years later the territory is locked, the contract runs, and nothing sells.

FAILURE 02

The wrong price

Undercutting the market destroys the margin the channel needs in order to sell you. In European B2B, cheap does not win the deal — it disqualifies you from the shortlist.

FAILURE 03

The missing structure

No service network, no spare-parts logic, no compliance path. The product sells once. Then the first machine breaks, and the market quietly closes behind you.

HOW I WORK

Three stages. Each one earns the next.

You never buy the next stage until the one before it has paid for itself.

STAGE 01

Market Entry Assessment

Market size and real price levels in DACH and the EU. Competitive landscape. Regulatory obligations — CE, GPSR, WEEE, machinery directive. The channels that will work, and the ones that will waste your year. Ending in a clear go / no-go.

The deliverable is a decision, not a document.

STAGE 02

Go-to-Market Blueprint & Execution

Channel architecture and margin model. A shortlist of distributors and key accounts by name — with the decision-makers, not the switchboard. First approach, negotiation support, service and spare-parts structure, compliance roadmap.

Where the plan meets the market.

STAGE 03

European Representation

Your face in Europe. Trade shows, key accounts, distributor management — a partner in the European time zone who already knows your machine, your margin and your market.

When Europe becomes a channel, not an experiment.

THE MATHS OF A FIRST MARKET ENTRY

WHO I AM

Enrico Euteneuer

Over ten years in sales. Six of them building sales channels end to end — funnel design, partner structure, go-to-market execution. The last four building complex market structures, working directly with manufacturers across the world.

I've built two global product categories from zero, one of them commercial cleaning robotics — and now apply the same playbook wherever a manufacturer needs a European channel.

E2 is not a consultancy that sends you a deck. It is one person who has already made the expensive mistakes in this market — and would rather you didn't repeat them.

CONTACT

Twenty minutes. No pitch.

Tell me your product and your target countries. I'll tell you the three things that will cost you money in Europe. If it's useful, we talk about STAGE 01.
